Use of TVpad is restricted

Can any one please show me how to make my TVpad work. TVpad M418, V5.060, DNS:49.213.10.163 at LA USA. I downloaded T4Android-App and
Yuetv and connected to TVpad. but when I go any one of the app. the screen show that Use of TVpad is restricted for more information, please contact[/color] the seller.

    Try using auto on the DNS.

    Hi Padman,
    I have the same error message on one of my TVpad 4 which I directly purchased from the TVpad web site "Use of TVpad is restricted for more information, please contact[/color] the seller". The TVP4 wont even allow me to open the apps. Do you have any suugestion or received any advise from peoples on how to fix it?

    Why not contact tvpad for that problem if you but the tvpad from them? Only they can activate your box. Maybe they forgot to activate your Mac after they sent it out to you.

    Using VPN service may help with this problem, but it's not perm solution. they have to contact tvpad to fix this. Their tvpad some how lost the activation from tvpad side.

    or use YueTV apps.

    No need to change DNS.

    No, he cannot use YueTV. Matter of fact, he cannot even use any app. His box cannot activate, have a RED X on user icon.

    Edit: This only happened to some of the tvpad 4 that updated to 5.0.60. My friend's store have tons of these tvpad 4 that updated to 5.0.60 with the same problem. they have to contact tvpad to get this fix.

    For tvp4 fw5.06 dns 47... dns 123...get into the store and run apps from there by the " unplug ethernet cable /cold reboot/move cursor into store/ replug ethernet cable/ run apps inside store" method. VPN router makes everything work.(:P)

    Tvp4 fw5.06 DNS 47...and purevpn in D-link dir655 /pptp works completely all apps(:P)
    Tvp1m121s hooked to same router and DNS 47...WORKING TOOX(

    Right now you only can do is follow....
    network connection set up to automatic and get the newwork conection ,unplug your power and reboot your Pad
    then use Yuetv apps and 36 spps to watch Tv program .....
