TVPad Store is completely blank on TVPad 4

TVPad 4 with 5.04 -- We have factory reset, then connect back with DSN 49.213.10.163, the installed pack 1, so we are able to see some China or Taiwan Channels but not HK channels.
Also the TVPad store is completely blank. Can someone tell me how to get access back to TVPad store?
