This is the moonbox TV apps garden you can install it onto the tvpad and install the moonbox apps onto the tvpad to work.
You can open the app garden and go to search and put in 1111hk and it will show you the live hk tv apps and yes tvb is on there.
NOTE: I have not fully test this all I did was put the app onto the tvpad and install some random stuff it seem to work. If this works as I think it should you can use the apps from moonbox and you don't have to worry about tvpad service going down and your apps won't connect to the server.

Moon Box hidden television stations - to TV Apps Garden to search 1111HK or 1111VN (HK or Vietnam and Taiwan).

Such as adult App (you Jizz) or X-rated film area requires a password, enter "111222."

extract files and put it into the root of the USB

Download moonbox app garden

I'm guessing it uses mac address for authentication like tvpad does

I sideloaded the apk onto a spare android tablet running android 4.4.4 and apps seem to work. BangTv loaded and was streaming a movie on channel 61, but the problem is there is no way to navigate since there is no remote for the tablet. I also loaded it on a tablet running lollipop and apps garden just crashes. What version of android does tvpad4 run? Would be great if there was a way to navigate the channels as the apps seem to run find on a android 4.4.4 tablet.

You can use the cursor keys on a USB or bluetooth keyboard to navigate.

    TVPad 4 has Android 4.4.2.

Couldn't do that, it was on a tablet, but bangtv should work find on any android kitkat based ip box with remote. Some of the apps won't work as it required authentication, not sure if it is checking the mac address or some certificate on the moonbox itself.

I don't think its a MAC check, oddly enough I was able to install majority of the apps on a generic box, however most have authentication issues. HKTV, CHINATV apps work but not all channels, some would work fine but other channels would say unauthorized. The apps require a lot of access on your device, so it can be looking for various items on device to determine authenticity. Look at TVpad, if it were a MAC address check, the DNS setup by padman would not have allowed the TVpads to work.

The dns won't have anything to mac check.

The dns is just to resolve the servers tvpad and the app uses.

My friend here in SF told me they can watch TVB with new HTV3.
Is Htv3 hardware same as tvpad 4?

No, TVPad4 is a running a customized version of KitKat (Android OS 4.4). HTV3 uses a standard version of KiKat.
This is why you cannot install Google Play Store app on TVPad4 but you can do so on HTV3 (so I was told)
