Funtv factory reset but lost hk app

Hello I wonder if someone might be able to help. I have funtv box version 3.3. With store 3.1

before the factory reset I had the my, can, hk, jp and vn app. But after the rest, all of them disappeared. I tried to email and contact via WhatsApp but no response. and I do not have WeChat.

does anyone know how to reinstall those apps again. I hope getting a new funtv box can help me copy the app and transfer to the one I mistakenly reset.
