UPTV login failure prompt on Ubox 2

After updating UBTV to the new UPTV v2.3.0 on my Ubox 2, it says "Login failure prompt" when I try to open UPTV. Contacted the customer service, and they sent me the security code, but no option to enter it. Anyone know the solution? Thanks.

    Cleared the cached, re-install the app, rebooted the box, when open uptv, it should ask for your code.

    But why bother? you can use ublive.
