Cannot connect to server
Hi, I have a ub2 box, after updating ublive and ubtv unable to connect to server. L have tried 332211 and ub1234 also no use despite numerous times. Another issue how can I add some channels in the playback channel. Thanks.

Friend of mine just handed me a UBox2 has the same problem, so I use WhatsApp to communicated with the tech (WhatsApp only) Tell them your problem and take the screen shot of the problem page and back of the box. (in Chinese if you can). They will reactive your box when prompted. It takes about 20 minutes depends how busy they are, good luck!
Also, you cannot add channels on playback.

If you are like me, I don't have or use Wechat, Whatapp, and Line, you can also leave a message on their website (https://www.unblocktech.com/en/about/80.html) and they will contact you via email. I left them a message yesterday and received an email from them today.

@535fourNo, this email method did not work. They replied back saying they don't deal with software apps, only the TV Box hardware.....
May be it's a different department, it's risky for them thru email, that's why you have to use WahtsApp and so...
