You may need to restore the firmware if it cannot reboot, it's kind of complicated if you never done it before. You can try killer23d method Restore Factory Image for S800 to 20160126 (for the experienced) — TVPadTalk to re-load the image, but you will need the right firmware for UBOX 4. Good luck.
