G0360/SD TV demo issue

I got a question on G0360/SD TV demo. I know they are essentially the same thing. However, i install the demo on a new fire stick 4k, everything work but the live tv mode. Which is weird since help ym friend did the same thign a few month ago and it work fine. I even try it on a fire stick mlite, same issue.

    Update, i try installing on an old android 7 phone, live tv not working either. I try contracting my code supplier about it and they insist live tv is working during the demo trial.
