星空點播 can't open

I have EVpad 3max. So far it works ok until 2 weeks ago. the 星空點播 app doesn't work. I uninstall it and type 6868 get to the page with the 星空點播 app to reinstall it. The version is 20210325. But it still can't open. Just has the message loading. Is this version the newest one? Is 星空點播 broken? Thank you!
