boot up time

I just get a Evpad 3 max. Everything seems ok and lots of live channels. But one question is after I turn it on a few second, I see the picture on screen and then the logo. But after that. There is a block screen for 45 seconds then I see the launcher. Is this normal or not. Because I own Unblock 4 and HTV3. The all boot up very fast and no black screen in between.

    Do you have anything plugged into the usb port?

    My evpad sometimes refuse to boot up when there is something plugged in.

    The black block is a ad that tried to show but the internet was not connected when booted.

    Delete all the apps that doesn't belong to evpad and reboot to see if it still happen.

    Thank you! I uninstall all other apps not belong to EVpad. I still the same. But it not a big problem. I will keep it to see what the seller says.
