DNS not working using the one posted Nov 5

I try to input the DNS which posted on Nov 5, but both not working on my TVPad 2, any suggestion, please help! And is it we should my turn off the TVPad after if the DNS work, since I got a TVPad 1 which the few days ago DNS still work but I didn't turn off the pad, is it make a difference?

    Yes, after you updated the settings you need to power down your TVP

    It's work after change dns my tvpad2.
