I signed up for a 2-day trial of Napper Chinese. Installed the app and but nothing is streaming. None of the channels work. Dropped support a message but got no reply. My trial will soon expire and I'd have paid for nothing.

Chinese channels are continually dropping especially the HD and TVB ones

I remember it's required Box that can Hardware decode H265. Latest time I drop support message on their website. They reply within 2 hours.
