UB Gen 2 Master Reset Password

I’m trying to master reset my box but it ask for a password. I tried 1818 and my google account pw. I even signed out of google and it stills ask for pw. I tried holding the button on the back of UB but nothing happens. Hope someone can help me or provide file to master reset.
