BlueTv restarted and wiped off every apps and nothing is listed on app store

I was watching something and suddenly it restarted and wiped off everything. Tried to move apk into USB to reinstall apps but no windows pop up for me to install those apps. What can I do? I don't think it has been a year, does it come with a warranty? Thank you in advance.

Where did you buy this? I'm guessing the seller just installed a 3rd party IPTV for you.
