my HTV3 大视界 doesn't work

My HTV3 start to have problem since 2 months ago. Always has the EC code problem and stop when I watching live or vod. But after I get out the app and launch again it will works. Normally happen 2 to 3 time per evening. Until today, I got the EC-12 error code but even I stop and launch again or reboot. It still not working on live and vod. My Unblock 4 still working ok since last August. I think my HTV3 is on it's end of life. I need to look for a new one. Any suggestion? I am in SF Bay Area, USA . Thank you!
