HTV2 A2 Not working?

Recently tried to use the A2 HTV5 tv box and on every app i am getting network error. My parent have told me its been like this for about a week!

Error that keeps coming up is:

ERC_12 Failed to play, please change channel and back

This is for every channel and every app we have on the tv box.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

    Contacted the seller and they are replying. I rechecked the box and most of the stuff appears to be working! still going to try and investigate what the problem was in case you guys have the same problem

    Nice, can you help the rest of us poor souls on the htv2 with the bouncing us out Everytime we launch the vod app and mention that to the seller?

    Open Google play! There are three horizontal lines on the top.Tap Settings,then tap
    Auto-update apps.To disable automatic app updates, select Do not auto-update apps.Yesterday Yue Video suddenly disappeared,so I had to do a reset,but the HTV App Store was gone after a few seconds when I tried to in-store the apks,it quickly directed itself to google play.Then I reset HTV box again,and disabled the auto updates in Google Play .After that I got all the Apks back with a bonus Porn Time apk:) ,no password ,so I had to uninstall it,not suitable if you have a family.

    I had to do a box factory reset because HTV Store was gone

    I got told by the seller that the apps have been condensed into a new "chinese tv" app which can be downloaded. i have checked the app store and there is nothhing like this there. any chance anyone has found anything?
