UBOX 4 install apps

Hi, I’m a newbie here so please excuse my lack of knowledge. I have a ubox gen 4 and I’m based in China. No problems until a week ago when UBTV app suddenly didn’t have any British channels displaying anymore. Tried updating app, unbox and finally factory reset.

No have ubox back but still no British channels available... any ideas what I can do? Also I lost some installed apps like showbox which I can’t locate in the app market.

Any help or advice appreciated!

    The British/European Channels section has disappeared for me too. The only British channel available is Sky News in the News section.
