Anyone know How to upgrade TVPad4 from 5.060 to 5.066?

Hi, Trying to upgrade TVPad4 from 5.060 to 5.066 so that can install RSS player using remote control as people discussed over the forum. This morning, trying to install the OTA upgrade but somehow unable to following the below installation. My thought is OTA functionality is no longer available. Just curious if anyone has luck or can share how to perform this upgrade? Thank you so much in advance for your response!!

Upgrade method for TVPad 4 to 5.060
TVPad had released a new firmware 5.066. If you are on firmware 5.054 you won’t be able to perform a OTA upgrade to 5.066. The only way to upgrade to 5.066 is to upgrade your TVPad 4 to 5.060 then perform a OTA.
Here is how you bring your TVPad to 5.06
1. Download this zip but don’t extract https://mega.nz/#!yU9UxaQb!23t-lwa4rWfhlW0BWmyR7Kwf8phhugIwhzIf2qfZeMI
2. Put this zip file on a USB or microSD card then plug it into TVPad
3. On the remote control enter 200981811 and the update screen should pop up
4. Proceed with the update. Once you are on the firmware 5.060 you should be able to receive the OTA update to 5.066
If you are getting no network, then use this page to find a suitable DNS server. (Thanks to cheuk5)

Thank you Padman. This is very helpful, got my BlueTV box flash to 5.066 firmware. I'm not impress with the TV version of RSS player, too slow to load movies in compared to Android RSS player. Seems to me only advantage is not have to use mouse and bigger screen. Wonder if slow response can be improve with new O.S, other than 4.4.2 in BlueTV?

It's faster on another octa-core box I'm using. The tvpad/bluetv still using S805 chip and not to mention limited memory (1gb). You can help it a little by disabling some un-needed services.

Are you using my image? If so, try go to Adaway program and "disable ad blocking option"

The advantage of 5.066 is include google service but 5.060 is not.

To update TVPad4 firmware to 5.066

1) Download the firmware and rename the file m201-ota_5066.zip to m201-ota.zip and put it in root your microSD slot (I don't know If it will work on USB drive, you have to try and see):

2) At your home screen of TVPad4, On the remote control enter 200981811 and the update screen should pop up. It will reboot and update the firmware.
