HTV A2 crashing

Starting a few days ago, my A2 box starts crashing on VOD and playback apps. It will freeze for a few seconds, then resume or close the app while playing. Then I see a "Test" app shows up in the menu. I have already tried unplugging the power, and cleaning cache.

Any suggestions?

    How much storage space do you have on the box? These Android apps may crash if memory is low. Also, is the crash limited to 1 or 2 apps or affecting all of them?
