Anyone know how to fix "Failed to load 4120(L)" for Korean App?

Been trying to get support from offical site but I've been repeatedly told to reinstall the app.
I have days available on the app but it can't seem to load. Any help would be appreciate, Thanks.

Things I've done:
1. Reinstall the app
2. Check up Blue Tv update
3. Restart my internet
4. changed DNS
5. Tried ethnernet and wireless connect

  • I believe the provider did their job.
    I guess something wrong with my box or my internet?
    I'm from Toronto so my ip shouldn't be blocked by their server
