@Aradon you need to get help from a friend or family who has WeChat. It seems a server side issue that one cannot simply resolve on the Box end. I sent FunTV my box's info and they helped resolved it within 6 hours. Thanks @cheuk5 for their contact info.

Contacting the wechat person fixed my funtv 2
i sent pictures of the mac id and the error to him already but all he said was get out and try again......which doesn't help
