Ubox 4 keeps loading but...

Hi guys, I have a U box 4. Being used in the sf bay area. It was working fine before and now, the apps let's me see the different shows avail. But when I want to watch it, it just keeps loading. Same with live tv. Anyone can help me fig a solution?

on the ubox home page, click on the paper air plane icon on the bottom to clear cache. then go to the app market and re- install UBVOD, UBLive and UBpayback. it should work after that.
