Looks like I'm joining the crowd, I'm getting a different error. EA6 and says system failure please contact your dealer for the HK vod app. This started to happen 2 days after it updated. Maybe they are moving servers or something. If they block the box, I expect all apps to fail but their other one still works. Hope it will get back to normal soon
Was trying to fix my mum and dads TV box and we are running into problems as well! was ERC - 7 error now it is ERC - 12? has there been any solution to this yet?
similar here. the 粵繽紛 app first crashed 2 days ago. Today it no longer crashes, but attempt to play and VOD will invoke the ERC-12 error just as @steveylee9 indicated.
The 粵繽紛 app on my A2 box started working today after 4 days of no connectivity. I think the content server was down or may be the IP address has been changed during these 4 days.
