大视界 doesn't work

in HTV IPTV Box
My 大视界 doesn't work. When I launch it. It seems go in and see the main screen, then it get out right away, I try it for 3 days still the same, Is that uninstall it and install again will work? Mine is version 3.6.3. Thank you!

    Do you have any space left on your htv?

    Cause the app should update itself.

    My version is 4.11.3. That's probably why yours isn't working.

    Thank you Padman! You are great! Thanks for the quick reply. I have a lot of room in my box. The one I install is from your HTV apps download. It's 3.63. Where can I get the 4.11.3? The 3.6.3 I installed never get to the self update because it just get in and kick out right away. thanks again!

    I uninstall the app and install the 3.6.3 again. It automatic update to 4.11.3 and it works again. Thank you!
