BlueTV cannot connect to wifi all of sudden

I just recently purchased 3 bluetv. All 3 of them worked like a charm on day 1 for like a week then just recently all 3 of them cannot connect to wifi with the failed to connect error all of sudden. When other devices such as iPad, computer and phones connect to wifi no problem at all. The router and modem are located on 2nd floor belong to the landlord. Its shared internet. Which I do not have access to the router or modern and either can I do wired connection. Please kindly help me out here.

Maybe try factory resetting the boxes?

Try to connected to your phone's hot spot see if it works.

Uhh sadly my plan does not have mobile hotspot service T.T

Not sure what else could be done to test. Bring it to a friends I guess...
