Change output resolution of blue tv just like tv pad 4

My house was pre-wired with coaxial cable and i used to output from tv pad 4 to a vhs caset tape then output to the pre wired system. It worked great until we changed to blue tv.

Is it possible to change the resolution so it can work just like the tv pad ?

    connect a mouse to the bluetv then drop down the settings menu from the top
