Blue TV - Cannot Access Server

As of 30th September, we are unable to access the server. We can't watch Live or VOD (not even see the thumbnails). Checked the Network status and everything works OK until checking the server and machine reports that the server cannot be accessed.

Is anyone else suffering this problem and do you know when this will be fixed? Or, how we can fix it?
