刚收到的A2 持续闪黑屏

下午才收到的A2 box , 从官网买的。连上internet 后下载了装机必备的几个app, 打开想看一个电影，发现隔20几秒就黑屏4-5 秒，我然后越来越频繁，退出到主页也有同样现象，断电重启也是一样。联络官网客服，让我恢复出厂设置，结果一样，还没连上网就开始闪黑屏了。请问有类似经历的吗？

Try using another hdmi cable ?

I'm glad they had online tech support, asked me to use different hdmi cable - didn't work; asked me to reset to factory default - didn't work either. They said they were to send me another machine. I'll update when machine arrives. Thanks!

要赞一下客服， 非常尽心负责。周五晚反映问题，国内周一就发了新机器（ 不带电源和遥控), 周三送到，新机器可以用。
