粤回味 and 精彩回放 not working on HTV3

It was very lag last week. But it works fine since last Friday for 5 days until this afternoon. Both apps doesn't load. It keeps has the circle turning for 1 min. and the EC-2 error message come up. I try to turn off and turn on. Unplug and wait 5 min. and plug in again. But both no luck. I have HTV 3. I'm in San Francisco Bay area. Internet is Comcast 100M. Anybody has the same problem? Thank you!

    I also have HTV3, I'm in San Mateo county, can't play 粤回味 today.
