on A2 box, 超凡娛樂家 app content loading issue

I have the A2 box. For 3 weeks now, the content on 超凡娛樂家 app cannot be retrieved.
What I observed was that it will try to connect to content server, but the speed never exceed ~500B (not 500Kb). It would slowly degrade to 0kb within a couple of seconds.
This behavior was observed on all content except live TV.

Have anybody observe similar behavior as mine?
