UBOX gen 2.0 not working

Hello,

I have a problem with my box. I got the UBOX gen2. Its about 7months old.
The last 11days its not working.
I can turn it on and its displaying the home screen.
But then a notification shows up, written in chinese and englisch and says "The UBOX system services has been used continuously for 3 years and we will provide the permanent free system update".
i can not click anything. Nothing is working.

Someone know what this problem is? What can i do? reset?

    Can you use the mouse? If still not functioning then do a factory reset.

    Check the batteries even if the red light on the remote appears to blink when you press any button.

    Yes check the cheap batteries that came with the ubox, use alkaline . I the same problem until I changed the batteries.
