3rd party app in TVPAD4

So i tried to install Amazon Prime Video, the Amazon app store and Amazon Underground.
They all installed successfully, however when i run any of the apps, they can't seem to detect the internet. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Using FW 5.054 in US, on fixed LAN connection

    You have to upgrade your Pad to V.5.066 otherwise V.5.045 is not work .( because this firmware disconnect google service )
