shutdown "do you want to shut down, yes or no"

Is there a way to get rid of this dialog box? I have universal remote that will shut down the unblock box EXCEPT for this dialog box asking "yes or no" to shut down. Very annoying. Is there a way to get rid of it?

    I found a way to shut down the box is keep pressing the power button and hold it until the box shut off then release.
