you missed a file call "receovry.img". it needs to be in the root of the sdcard.

I used the provided file and placed it in the root folder of my SDcard. However, I still cannot get to TWRP. My SDcard is formated using FAT32. Any ideas? I can tell you that I can see the content inside the SDcard once I booted into TVPAD4 using ES File Explorer.

Ok after you put all file in micro sd card and insert to Tvpad boot up to home page and type " 200981811 " with your remote then go to update from SD card will bring you to TWRP program
