What firmware are you on? Why don't you uninstall both apps and re-install them?

If your ip was detect as outside of US, you may try to use 港粵網路電視 instead of YueTV?

I tried doing everything, I live around Los Angeles, CA area. My DNS is 158.132.187.187. YueTV is restricted and I am on TVPAD V5.054. I factory reset, redownloaded Yue. Nothing seems to work, help please!

@cozyyy when using manual DNS 158.. you must use 港粤
and BETV plus.
