Best Box For Vietnamese Programs?

Hello,

I am looking for a box for my girlfriend's parents who enjoy watching Vietnamese programs. I know that boxes like TVPad and HTV are good for Chinese programs, but what about Vietnamese? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! =)

    Do you want live tv or vod ?

    I don't think either of these boxes do viet vods. The HTV and EVPad does have live viet tvs.
