    Hi everyone,
    I am in USA los angeles. My tvpad4 2 app - Yue and 36tv got problem recently. my tv screen shows 你所在的區域限制使用", I've tried uninstall and reinstall again but doesn't help at all. I also contact www.cntvpad.com but they ask me to go back to original reseller. I purchased through mtvpad.com last year, the website is shut down already. what can I do now?

    I'm able to use 港粵網路電視2.050 in nyc even self upgraded to 2.052 no vpn needed.

    I would do a complete restore of the TVpad 4 and then reinstall the apps as per chuek5.

    So I've dl the new YueTV and saved it in an empty USB. When I plug the USB in, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? I have a tvPad 4, thanks.

    You need a tool to help you side load the apps to your Pad

    You'll need a tool call " batchinstall.banana " in you USB

    Hi All,

    My TVPad4 is on version 5.060. This was updated long time ago. I had live apps that worked until the device decided to auto erase everything. So now nothing is on there. I tried to put the .apk files which includes the batchinstall.banana on a usb to load it. I saw the screen for the batch install but only for a blink of an eye. So i'm not able to choose the install. Anyone got any advice? I try to install just the Yuetv0.40 only and does same thing.

    Should do a factory reset.

    Thanks i solved my own problem. It was my USB. I used another one and was able to load. Works now! Sorry for jumping the gun.

    Hi everyone, I am in NYC, my TVPad4 is on FW5.054. Using Yuetv 0.42. I seem to have unstable bandwidth, especially at night, where it drops to basically 0. Is there anyway to optimize the bandwidth? I have the DNS on Auto and on Fios. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    @jawsx99 Chances are it's your isp that's causing an issue.

    If you can try use your cell phone hotspot and see if you get better connection.

    I have same issue for YueTV for past 2 days @jawsx99, I have 千尋station app in TVpad4 is still working fine which I believe have some issue from YueTV, any thoughts?

    @akyeun yuetv and the cantonese app uses the same source and the cantonese app is working fine.

    Since you are also using verizon, that's probably why you are having issue as well.
