Hi all. Just wondering if anyone can show/tell me what apps that are still functional to play with TVP4 (5.054)? Also I live in US and would like to know what kinds of "Damage" would updating firmware to 5.06 could do to the TVP4. So if anyone has that experience with the firmware 5.06 update in US, would you mind to share some advice? Thanks in advance.
Maybe you should update the first post, it seems like people are too lazy to read through the thread to find out about the new files. Put links to the new files so the lazy people will stop asking same questions over and over. Just a thought.
I already backup the apps on the backup app but I don't know how to use the Es File Explorer to copy the apps file from the backup folder to a USB memory stick. Could someone give me some instructions in how to do that?
Sorry for the quick question, but what does YueTV 2.3 do? I installed Yuetv2.1 and its showing as Version 0.40 on my tvpad. Do I need to install 2.3? Thanks

Hi, long time lurker here I have TVP4 (5.054) in usa was recently using a canadian vpn and 49 dns to access the tvb shows and movies for my grandma via the wind spinning wheel looking app. Today she accidentally reset and wiped all the apps on the tvpad. So I tried just yuetv no vpn but no luck just some chinese error codes I can't read. Went back to canadian vpn and dns can't access tvpad store and no ads show just like on auto dns and usa ip. I get error code 1 on connection test and auto dns. I just want to be able to access tvb shows and movies again for my grandma. What's the best apps for that ? and if anyone has tips on how to gain access again much thanks.
I just installed both YueTv and 36Tv apps on both my TVPad 4 and both are working with auto DNS both using LAN and WiFi. One is 5.054 firmware and one is 5.06 and both work fine.
Hi - Long time lurker, first time poster. Is there some way I can get an updated version of BeTV Plus? I uninstalled the updated one I had on my TVPad4 because i couldn't launch it from the homepage, but the version from the link on the first page is an old version that does not connect to any live or VOD shows (even through a VPN).
On a related I can no longer access the app store anymore (once again, even through a VPN, especially since the 49. DNS no longer works). Are they deliberately blocking TVPad they sold to the US by blocking our mac addresses?
