Accidently formatted everything!

Accidently wiped everything. I cannot do anything with an empty screen. cannot access to store.
I have TVpad 3. Please help, thanks.

    There's not much that can be done except warranty repairs if it's still under warranty. How did you manage to wipe it?
    Oh you said first gen, so not under warranty.:(

    you can goto n+ website and download the apps and load it back onto your tvpad

    I tried installing the n+ app from usb stick. But there is no feature for me to do that. It is an empty box with no features at all. Any other way? Thanks.

    Did you format your usb to fat32 ?
