Yup. I have been getting that for the last few days. I switched to using YUETV for my TVB needs. If you want to continue to use that app you have to use a VPN connection to another country.
I'm here in the states.. using the DNS 49 and I just tried it. I can't do any TVB playbacks.. Speed is just crawling. The TEST NETWORK is erratic - it can be Normal with all and then test again seconds later and I'm getting Abnormal Error codes. Server usually have error codes. It's annoying when you can not watch TVPad when you want.

The simple way to explain YueTv apps is same function of ?????? But only made forTvpad 4 US zone to bypass the restriction X(
Both my tvpad4 and tvpad 131s were working with DNS 49 , at San Jose , Cal.
Tonight green man is gone, tvpad 4 no longer connect.
What is the DNS that would work now?
Just tried the lead of changing back to auto DNS.
Then unplug power for xx seconds, and not testing network.
Viola Yue tv is working again as of now with my tvpad4.

this morning tested network , dns on auto, checked but server returned an error code, but yuetv works on the ipad4.
For iPad 121s, no green man, it is gone, both auto /manual with 49.xx

No the sideload of a VPN apk will only work on a tvpad4, it's the only one that is a full android box. For tvpad 1-3, you need to either find a working DNS or use the VPN router method.
