Does anyone have same problem? The RSS player (TV version). Always need to clear cache in setting in order to load videos? Most videos don't load at all even after clear cache. Just spinning circle.
With my same box, the non-TV version works fine. Fast and load all videos.

ahhhh the infamous bluetv lol. remember...everytime u clear cache on tvpad4 and bluetv, the time and date reset. so u have to go into setting and check time and date again. should fix ur problem

I thought CherryTV was dead but after going back and forth between app and patch for about 8 times, it's working again! Can anyone explain this?

The antivirus kept reporting it may contain a spyware. That situation is rare. Beware!
As a general rule on using apps that are not from google play store, you should be weary. You don't know where the file came from and what has been done to it. Run the app on a box that has no info and a throwaway google account. You should also have your android box on a "guest" network. Every now and then you get a rogue program even within google play store.

With Weltv, no go 'cause no Google services and no way to upgrade like pad4. On my Mini x with 4.4.2 it works no problem. I think if you kept pad4 on stand by mode it's OK, if you've power off then you'll need to correct the the date & time and re-synced again and also you can turn off all options until on the next synced as needed when power off.

The one I setup is never powered off and I have clocksync app install with root privs to sync time every hour so I don't think that is the issue. Even if the user were to power off the device it would sync time on boot with the clocksync app.

It's only for Android and PC version but it's not a live stream app, playing the episode is fairy smooth. Buying a EVPad should be a good choice which they have better hardware, more Rom and Ram and dual wifi connections.
