Before posting a new topic please make sure your issue is not a duplicate of a current issue/outage.

If there aren't any existing relevant topic. Please make sure you include your TVPad version.

This will ensure this forum is easy to read and not flood with similar topics from different people.

    Perhaps you can create a thread for each model of TVPad so members can post their questions and solutions accordingly.

    There are threads for every models, one thread for tvpad 1-2 and another for tvpad 3-4. People just don't look and keep posting tvpad 1-2 questions in tvpad 3-4 thread.

    I guess up to this point we have enough information on solving the problems on all TVpad models. We can create a FAQ listing out all the possible positions and point the new comers to that.
