After downgraded to 5..054 and updated the DNS to 158.132.187.187, the Yue TV works well. however, the 港粵網路電視, 36TV or BETV are not working at all. i cannot get the 小白文件管理器 through the app store either. how can i fix it? in Boston MA

@speedmi : In my case( in NYC), after switching DNS back to auto, 36TV and Yue TV works as designed. All the aforementioned apps should work when DNS is manually set to 158.132.187.187. Have you tried to un-install and re-install the apps that is not working?

Just want to be clear Shafa Market is not an app in the TVPad market. As a matter of fact, most US user will not see the TVPad app store when using firmware 5.054 + auto DNS.
The Shafa market app can be downloaded here: http://www.shafa.com/market You have to manually install this apk into TVPad (same process as YueTV apk)
